This policy explains what the GemGripTalon mobile app (com.gemgriptalon.mobile.release8) collects and why. The app is a client for a panel that runs on your own server. Your work, your files and your projects stay on that server; the app is the window into it.

What we collect

• Your e-mail address and the address of your panel. Used to confirm that your subscription is active and that this panel belongs to you.
• The network address of your phone. Stored so that your panel accepts a connection only from your device. We keep the three most recent addresses, because a mobile address changes when you switch networks.
• Subscription and payment status. Dates and the plan. Card details never reach us: payments are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical records of connections and errors, kept for a short time so we can find and fix faults.

What we do not collect

• We do not read the content of your work: files, projects, chats and terminal output stay on your server.
• No advertising, no trackers, no profiling, no selling of data.
• Nothing is stored on the phone beyond your sign-in state and app settings.

Microphone

The microphone starts only when you tap the microphone button in the task input field, so you can dictate text instead of typing it. Recognition is performed by Android (SpeechRecognizer). The app does not record or store audio files and does not send audio to our servers — only the recognised text appears in the input field, and it goes to your own server. The MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS permission is used to mute the device while recording.

Camera and files

The camera and file access are used only when you choose to attach or download something yourself. Nothing is uploaded in the background.

How long we keep data

Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists and for as long as accounting rules require afterwards. Connection records are kept for a short period. Network addresses of your phone are replaced as new ones arrive.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask to correct it, or ask to delete your account and everything associated with it. Write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days.

Children

The app is intended for professional use and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Significant changes are announced in the app or by e-mail.

Who processes your data

Governing law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
